Mediobanca Social Philantrophy: la finanza
al servizio della ricerca
del “Centro Dino Ferrari” ETS

Mediobanca SGR has chosen the Associazione “Centro Dino Ferrari” ETS as its partner as part of an initiative that combines ethical finance and solidarity: the Mediobanca Social Philanthropy mutual investment fund. Through this instrument, it is possible to support the research activities of the “Centro Dino Ferrari” ETS in the field of neuromuscular, neurodegenerative, and cerebrovascular diseases.

A distinctive feature of the fund is the waiver, by the fund manager, of a portion of the management fees, which is allocated to partner beneficiary organizations. The fund distributes 1% of the net asset value (NAV) to the organization selected by the investor on a quarterly basis, or allocates this share among all participating organizations.

The investor may indicate the beneficiary either at the time of subscription or at a later stage, thereby supporting—at no additional cost—the activities of the Associazione “Centro Dino Ferrari” ETS through a recurring contribution over time.

Impatto

The project has been active since 2018, and over these years approximately €30,000 have been donated to research. These funds have been used over time to support various neurological research projects.
