Association of the Friends of "Centro Dino Ferrari"

Association of the Friends of “Centro Dino Ferrari” was established at Istituto of Clinica Neurologica-Ospedale Maggiore, University of Milan, in 1984, following Eng. Enzo Ferrari’s will. It is meant to support and increase “Centro Dino Ferrari” by promoting its activities and raising the necessary funds. It is well known that, to keep the high level of qualification achieved, research costs are extremely high. Public financial support is definitely inadequate, and risks limiting our research aims.

Thanks to praiseworthy contributions, both financial and promotional, by our generous Benefactors, Association of the Friends of “Centro Dino Ferrari”; has been able to keep “Centro Dino Ferrari’s level constantly high. The outstanding results we obtained in the research field on neuromuscular and neurodegenerative disorders make us belive that, in the near future, further steps will be done in terms of diagnosis, prevention and treatment. Whoever cares for civil and scientific progress should feel like supporting qualified centers for scientific research like “Centro Dino Ferrari”.

Association of the Friends of “Centro Dino Ferrari” has been acknowledged a Non-profit Corporation (as by law 21, Novembre 1984, n° 1035). It is therefore entitled to:

• Receive legacies and donations
• Accept contributions, from both private individuals and Companies. These contributions are free and tax-deductible up to 2% of reported 'Art. 100, 2nd comma letter a) D.P.R. 917/86
